This is an at home hangboard program for those who would like strengthen their fingers and maintain climbing movement.  

This program will help you by offering a variety of fun hangboard drills that will help you not only stay strong, but get you stronger.

This program is designed to train both finger strength and climbing movement while at home. 

Often time’s hangboard training doesn’t have the movement component included. This program was made specifically to keep climbing movements integrated in your training while at home or on the road. The more you can work on your movement, the easier it will be when you reintroduce yourself to real climbing again.

PROGRESSION

A carefully designed program where the intensity will increase and time spent on the board will decrease over the 4 weeks. This first phase cultivates muscle growth which will set you up for Phase 2 (strength focus) and Phase 3 (power focus) which are both coming soon.

MOVEMENT

Hangboards programs tend to be very similar to each other. All too often folks say their fingers get really strong on a hangboard program, but their movement doesn’t improve. The goal of this program is to give you movement training while you don’t have access to a gym.

This program is different because I have focused on keeping it fun and giving you a lot of variety. Each session has very different drills. It’s not rinse and repeat.
