I'm an athlete, author, and nutrition and climbing coach, also known as Modus Athletica. I have personally trained thousands of clients of all abilities, from recreational to pro level competition climbers, including the Swedish and Dutch national climbing teams.
Not only do I have a ton of experience in training athletes, I have extensive education in the areas of fitness, movement and exercise science that I leverage in order to help climbers like you become stronger, more flexible, and to develop healthier eating habits so you can crush for a lifetime.

Nutrition - The goal is to know yourself better, as well as viewing nutrition, not just as a way to express your culture and joy, but as a way to fuel for performance and long term health.
