This group coaching membership is for those looking to start training, be consistent in training or to get new ideas for training. You’ll also have a community to lean on, plus top performance coaches to help you along the way.

I just cruised up a route that I couldn’t even start before I joined the Modus fam. My partner asked me what was so different? I was now able to hang the tiny holds - Structured finger strength routines. I could step my feet higher without sticking by butt out - Advanced flexibility training. I had the confidence and poise to smear and rock up on little slopey nothings - Footwork drills to stick, S&C for the power. And we’ve a group of psyched climbers to share it all with Stronger Together.

I signed up for the "advanced flexibility" but ended up staying for the community, which I I've found to be kind and supportive. A lot of my training I come up with by myself, but it has been nice to have a series of workouts to draw on for a variety of occasions - shorter flexibility blocks, strength work, technique drills, workouts when traveling. It IS so much easier to follow something that is already made for you than making those up on the spot.

The community at Modus Althletica is very welcoming and all inclusive. Modus Athletica provides varied training plans, including climbing, strength, technique and flexibility, while also working on nutrition, mindset, and recovery. Group coaching calls provide diverse perspectives from the coaches and other climbers.

With coaching, feedback, courses, and exclusive content, this membership would be a steal at $59 a month, but we do you one better with a cheaper annual membership for those who are stoked!
And we only do intakes 4 times a year. The reason for this is to really get to know each member. If you sign up now, you will be locked into your pricing as long as you are a member.
