I host bi-monthly workshops for the community, which dive into various nutrition topics related to enhancing climbing performance and improving overall health. We discuss practical nutrition skills, fueling strategies, and exciting specialty topics designed to help members optimize their diet, boost energy, improve recovery, and maintain long-term health. Outside of this group, I own and operate Purely Nourished Nutrition, a virtual private practice where I work exclusively with outdoor athletes & active people to overcome digestive issues, hormone imbalances, as well as improve their performance in sport.
