I just cruised up a route that I couldn’t even start before I joined the Modus fam. My partner asked me what was so different? It's been amazing to be a part of the community because, 1: we are all doing it together and can share what we learning together, 2: the coaches really work on helping us individually (I've never felt like I was being trained like everyone else, but instead felt the program was geared for me). 3: the coaches are available and check in regularly as a group and individually. What I like most about this group is the availability and encouragement of all types of training: strength, power, flexibility, nutrition, recovery/rest, mental focus, movement, etc. These parts make up the climber as a whole.

Most programs are 2-4 days/week of scheduled drills.

Each program ranges from 6-12 weeks long.

You will also have access to add-on programs and workouts that target flexibility, finger strength, and joint specific health.

I signed up for the "advanced flexibility" but ended up staying for the community, which I I've found to be kind and supportive. A lot of my training I come up with by myself, but it has been nice to have a series of workouts to draw on for a variety of occasions - shorter flexibility blocks, strength work, technique drills, workouts when traveling. It IS so much easier to follow something that is already made for you than making those up on the spot.

The community at Modus Althletica is very welcoming and all inclusive. Modus Athletica provides varied training plans, including climbing, strength, technique and flexibility, while also working on nutrition, mindset, and recovery. Group coaching calls provide diverse perspectives from the coaches and other climbers.
 
I plan to continue my training with Modus Athletica because I am seeing benefits in my climbing abilities through the coaching and community of climbers.

Do the mindset work Yes. It's sometimes the hardest stuff, but every component has a lot of value,
and they all intersect. I think some of the mindset questions that have been posed and conversations that have changed more about my climbing and my enjoyment of climbing than actual technique tips. Yeah. It's really valuable. So Awesome. Even if you just wanna listen to other people talk about their their fears and insecurity still,
it's really important to show up for those conversations.
