THE BASICS OF ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
With my individualized one on one coaching and my training plans, I will not only keep you accountable and consistent, I will also educate you on how best to set up routines and habits so you can crush your climbs.
You will also receive some of the best mobility and flexibility protocols while giving you the proper feedback you need on your technique. My name is Mercedes and I will take care of all the details and be your guide on your training journey. Think of me as your personal training Sherpa who does all the heavy lifting so you can focus on your climbing and having fun.

With any climbing endeavor, having a solid understanding of your own ability is the first place to start. Honestly, the majority of climbers don’t have a solid understanding of the true state of their bodies and ability. When you take an honest look at yourself by assessing where you currently are, you can then properly prepare yourself for achieving your goals - it not only makes any climb more attainable, but it also makes everything you do a whole helluva lot more fun!
In all of my years of working with thousands of climbers, I’ve found that focusing on improvement in all of the following five areas is paramount at any level:

Technique and increasing your control through movement is the basis of the Modus Athletica training, that’s why video analysis is a huge component of the plans.
