CLIMBING FOCUS
Improve strength, endurance and apply tactics to your sessions.
STRENGTH TRAINING FOCUS
Learn to build incredible strength with progressions in the squat, bench press, pull ups, and deadlifts. You'll also learn how to use the hangboard.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Advanced beginners and intermediate climbers. Those climbing V0-V4.Â
TRAININGÂ DAYS
3-5 days a week, flexible with your schedule.
WEEKLY COACHING CALLS
Tuesdays 10a PST. Calls will be recorded.

We don't recommend you do this if you have an injury.


WHAT TO EXPECT
You'll show up for each training session, ready to go, with a plan in hand. You'll have good days, blah days, and great days.Â
Each training phase is built on the next. The first two weeks are focused on movement technique, the next 4 weeks will build volume, the final 4 weeks will build strength.
Training days are scheduled in the calendar, but are flexible to your availability.
Each training session will last between 90-120mins, and includes climbing, lifting, core and flexibility.Â
You'll build incredible strength in your fingers and the rest of your body. You'll be challenged in new ways and see changes in mindset.Â

PROGRESS & EXPECTATIONS

 The goal of this 8-week program is to establish a good training routine, understand how to measure progress, identify and work on mental barriers, and foster a healthy recovery routine for yourself.Â
This course will provide you with a solid foundation which you can continue to build upon for years to come. It will change your approach to climbing training and teach you a solid framework to build your own programs.

Mercedes will be there throughout the 10 weeks to make your climbing training journey FUN and SUPPORTED.
The goal is to support you, to educate you and to empower you, so that you can step out of the course ready to take on any climbing goal you desire.Â
Mercedes has an MS in Human Movement and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. She brings years of research and experience to this course to help you understand how to train and to make the best decisions for yourself.Â
She has trained hundreds of athletes one on one and thousands in your group programs.
